When touring around I found Reykja Island, the owners describe it as ‘A tour for relaxation & adventure sim / island’.
In the notecard that I received it lists the following activities:

* Fishing contest
* Horse riding
* Relaxing , Meditation, etc. Event every Monday. Join group for more info.

* Ocean Bath & Warm Water bath
* Water slide
* Nude beach
and if you fall in love with the place they have a few rentals available. I did see a church there when I took a ride on the Viking ship, so imagine you could elope and honeymoon in this sim. They even have a cute love boat tour.
